Which file types can I upload?

PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT and RTF. For the best result, upload a file with real text rather than a photo of a resume. Scanned PDFs are read with text recognition where possible.

What if some details are not read correctly?

After reading your file, Yalivox lists the fields it could not fill. Everything is editable, so check the imported text against your original before you download.

Will uploading change my original file?

No. Your file is only read. Yalivox creates a new resume in your account from its text.

Can I change the design after uploading?

Yes. Choose any template and your content moves with it. You can also change fonts, colours and the order of sections.

Is it free to upload and edit?

Building, the AI chat, the ATS check and the preview are free, with no card needed. Each download costs ₹10 ($0.11), or ₹20 ($0.22) for PDF and Word together. Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly plans include unlimited downloads; they are one-time payments that do not renew. All payments are final.
