Question 1

Do I need an active subscription to apply for jobs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An active paid subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly) is required before you can apply to any job on the platform. Active subscribers can apply to jobs without paying separately for each application.

Question 2

Can I build and download a resume without a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can build your resume for free with our full builder. Without an active subscription, downloading a resume costs ₹10 INR (about $0.11 USD) per download, or ₹20 ($0.22) for PDF + Word together. Each time you export or download a resume, this nominal fee applies. Alternatively, any active subscription includes unlimited resume downloads at zero extra charge.

Question 3

What happens if my subscription expires?

Accepted Answer

If your subscription expires, your account and all created resumes remain fully intact. However, you will not be able to apply to new jobs until you renew your subscription, and resume downloads will return to the ₹10 ($0.11) per-download model.

Question 4

Are resume downloads truly unlimited for subscribers?

Accepted Answer

Yes! While you hold an active Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly plan, you can download as many resume versions in PDF or DOCX formats as you need with zero additional charges.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?
