Yalivox ("we", "us") provides a resume builder and career tools at yalivox.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details. When you build a resume or cover letter, we store the content you enter — such as your name, contact details, work history, education, and skills — so you can save, edit, and download your documents. If you use the ATS checker or cover letter generator without an account, your uploaded resume is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide our services: generating and storing your resumes, producing PDF downloads, running ATS analyses, and generating cover letters. Document content submitted to AI-powered features is sent to our AI processing providers solely to generate your results and is not used to train their models. We also use anonymized analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used and improve it.
3. Payments
Paid plans are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We never see or store your full card details. Our payment provider shares only the information needed to confirm your subscription status.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to operate Yalivox — hosting, database and authentication, file storage, AI processing, email delivery, and payments — each bound by their own data protection obligations.
5. Public Resumes
If you choose to share a resume via a public link, the content of that resume becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines. You can disable sharing at any time from your dashboard.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your documents remain stored while your account is active. You can delete individual documents at any time, or contact us at support@yalivox.com to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
