1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yalivox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Yalivox provides online career tools including a resume builder, resume templates, an ATS resume checker, an AI cover letter generator, and a job application tracker. Core features are free; some features require a paid subscription as described on our Pricing page.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create. By using the service, you grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content back to you — including sending it to our AI providers when you use AI-powered features. If you publish a resume via a public link, you are choosing to make that content publicly accessible.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, scraping other users’ data, or using automation features in violation of third-party job boards’ terms.

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that using Yalivox will result in interviews or employment, and AI-generated content should always be reviewed before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
